About CDG Web Design
CDG was founded in 1989 by Paul Mc Cann an honours graduate in design. It has since grown to be one of Ireland’s leading full service design agencies, with clients such as Olympic Council, Microsoft, University of Toronto, C&C and many SME organisations such as Truwood, Planit and Cappella Medical.
CDG is a design company of origin but in recent years its web design and new media work has developed considerably. CDG now specialises in many areas of internet development and web design, multimedia and E-Commerce Web Development. Our experience and expertise means that we can handle any job from the initial identity concepts, through all stages of development, to produce a brand that reaches customers on all media platforms.
CDG has undertaken the design of Annual Reports and Print Resources for many of Ireland’s large organisations, such as the Companies Registration Office and Company Law Review Group, Rehab, IRFU. As we have worked on a continuous basis with many companies over the last 19 years, we feel that as a result of the invaluable experience gained on projects of this nature, we can confidently take on most any logo design, brochure design or web design project.
CDG is a member of ICAD (Institute of Creative Advertising and Design), IIA (Irish Internet Association) and is an ISO 9001/2000 certified company.
5 Years ago CDG spun out a software company called 3 Procure Technologies Ltd which CDG supports all its design requirements. 3 Procure Technologies supplies most of the Universities suppliers with electronic catalogues and an XML Purchaser Order Invoice management system supplying a paperless office solution for 50% of their total procurement. Both CDG and 3 Procure have a vast knowledge of Universities design and electronic requirements.
CDG has won many awards for design, the most recent of which was an Irish Times Property Advertisement award, and we have been nominated again this year. CDG has been nominated for many more including best 2000, 2002 and 2003 ‘Web Design Agency of the Year’ in the Golden Spider Awards and the IBA Awards. We have also formed strategic alliances in Toronto where we service the web and design development needs of these markets
